1 (19.8 ounce) package brownie mix
  • Add the cream cheese to a bowl and beat until creamy. Add the sugar, vanilla, and egg. Mix well.
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened, ⅓ cup sugar, ½ teaspoon vanilla, 1 egg
  • Drop by tablespoonfuls over brownie batter and use the end of a knife and swirl.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned.

Notes

Store leftover brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or in the fridge for up to one week. I highly recommend storing them in the fridge to keep the cream cheese mixture fresh!
