Ingredients

  • 3-5 pound Boneless Smoked Ham
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole grain honey dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Remove ham from package and place in slow cooker - cut side down.
  • Mix together maple syrup, brown sugar and mustard in a bowl.
  • Pour over entire ham.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • Optional: Score the surface of your ham with shallow diamond-shape cuts. It adds a decorative edge and also ensures the outer coating of fat crisps to a rich golden brown when baked.
