Strawberry Crunch Poke Cake

This pretty in pink Strawberry Crunch Poke Cake is a gorgeous spring dessert that’s luscious with strawberries and topped with fluffy Cool Whip frosting and crunchy golden Oreos.

White cake mix Vegetable oil Whole milk Eggs Vanilla extract Strawberry gelatin Evaporated milk Cool Whip Golden Oreos Butter Fresh strawberries


Prepare the cake and strawberry gelatin filling.


Poke holes in the cake and pour the strawberry gelatin milk slowly over the cake.


Chill in the fridge for 4 hours then spread thawed Cool Whip over the top of the cake.


Make the strawberry crunch then sprinkle the mix over the top of the cake evenly. Top the cake with some fresh strawberries.
