Spinach & Cheese Quiche

This is a simple, low-fat version of the classic spinach quiche we all love but without butter and cream.

Pie shell Evaporated milk Cheddar cheese Frozen spinach Eggs


Stir evaporated milk, shredded cheese, eggs, and spinach.


Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.


Bake for 50-60 minutes. The center will be set and no longer look wet. The crust will be golden brown.


Let the quiche cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.


It is light and fluffy and packed with a vitamin punch thanks to the spinach.
