These homemade red white and blue popsicles are made with fresh fruit, yogurt, and just a little bit of extra sugar!

Strawberries Powdered Sugar Water Vanilla Extract Vanilla Greek yogurt Bananas Blueberries Gel food coloring

Blend the strawberries, powdered sugar, water, vanilla, and red food coloring together until smooth. Fill each popsicle cavity ⅓ of the way. Chill in the freezer for one hour.

Mix all of the filling ingredients together and pour the filling on top of the crust in the pan. Spread the blueberries into a flat layer inside the pan. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mix over the berries.

Blend the blueberries, banana, and blue food coloring together until smooth and pour the mix into the popsicle mold, filling it to the top.

Add the popsicle sticks to the mold and then freeze the red white and blue popsicles for at least 4 hours. Unmold the popsicles and enjoy while cold!

Red white and blue popsicles are definitely one of the best summer treats ever. They are truly iconic but also surprisingly easy to make.
