These Blueberry Crumble Bars feature sweet blueberries and a buttery crust for an easy dessert everyone will love!

The buttery crust melts in your mouth, and the fresh berries are bursting with the flavor of summer. 

3 cups flour 1 cups sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 egg 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup cold butter

FOR THE CRUST

1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon lemon zest 4 cups fresh blueberries

FOR THE FILLING

Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to form the base of the crumble mixture. Add the egg, vanilla, and cold butter to the mixing bowl and combine.

Pour half the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Set the other half aside. Press the crust into the bottom of the pan. Mix the filling ingredients and spread the blueberries over the crust evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the blueberries. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is lightly golden and the berries bubble around the sides.

Allow the bars to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
