Raspberry Cookies

Raspberry cookies are chewy, sweet, and all-around irresistible! They are the perfect blend of fruity berries and rich white chocolate.

Butter Sugar Vanilla Egg Salt Baking powder Baking soda All-purpose flour Frozen raspberries White chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS

Beat the butter and sugar together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and blend again.

1

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the bowl and mix to make a smooth cookie dough.

2

Stir in the frozen raspberries and chocolate chips by hand. Just give the cookie dough one or two quick stirs to get the berries mixed, but not crushed.

3

Scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets and then bake for about 14 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then move them to a cooling rack.

4

These cookies will be a huge hit on any holiday table. I know I will be making them quite a few times in the next few weeks!
