Queso dip is the ultimate appetizer for cheese lovers everywhere!

INGREDIENTS

Cheddar cheese Cornstarch Unsalted butter Garlic Onion Evaporated milk Diced tomatoes Ground cumin Chili powder Canned green chiles Cilantro Whole milk Salt and black pepper

Grate the cheese and place it in a medium bowl. Add the cornstarch and toss to coat.

Cook garlic and onion then add the chopped tomatoes.

Add evaporated milk, then stir in the cheese until evenly melted. Add spices and green chiles.

Add milk if needed. Season to taste and stir in the chopped cilantro. Remove from heat and serve.
