No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake

This no-bake blueberry cheesecake only takes about 15 minutes to make and requires no baking time at all. The rich, fruity taste is irresistible! 

Graham cracker crumbs Sugar Melted butter Cream cheese Cool Whip Vanilla extract Lemon zest Powdered sugar Blueberry pie filling


Prepare graham cracker crust at the bottom of the pan, Place in fridge while you move on to the next step.


Beat the cream cheese, lemon zest, vanilla and powdered sugar. Once smooth, fold in the Cool Whip gently. Spread cheesecake batter into the pan.


Chill for at least an hour. Then spread the blueberry pie filling over the top of the cake. 


Put the cheesecake back in the fridge for another three hours and then it is ready to slice and enjoy!
