Graham cracker crust Sweetened condensed milk Cream cheese Vanilla extract Maraschino cherry juice Cool Whip Shredded coconut Crushed pineapple Maraschino cherries Chopped pecans

INGREDIENTS

Mix the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and lump free. Stir the vanilla and cherry juice into the cream cheese mixture.

Gently fold in the Cool Whip until it is completely mixed and smooth. Gently stir in the shredded coconut, pineapple, cherries, and pecans.

Scoop the filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly. Loosely wrap in plastic wrap, then chill for at least 4 hours.

Cut the pie into 8 pieces and serve. Add some extra Cool Whip, fresh whipped cream, or extra maraschino cherries as a garnish.
