Marry Me Chicken is one of the best chicken recipes ever.

It’s tender, juicy, and a quick weeknight dinner. Make this once, and you’ll see why it got this name!

Chicken cutlets Salt Ground black pepper Flour Olive oil Butter Minced garlic Chicken stock Heavy cream Grated parmesan cheese Italian seasoning Chili flakes Sundried tomatoes Sliced fresh basil

Stir the salt, pepper, and flour in a shallow bowl. Dredge the chicken cutlets through the flour mix, completely coating them in a thin layer. Shake off any excess flour.

Brown the chicken for 5 minutes then flip and brown for another 4 minutes. Remove the browned chicken from the pan and return the skillet to the stovetop.

Add the garlic to the pan and cook for one minute to brown. Add the chicken stock ad scrape the browned bits from the bottom.

Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese on medium-low. Bring to a simmer. Stir in the Italian seasoning and chili flakes. Simmer for 2-3 more minutes.

Stir the sundried tomatoes into the sauce then add the chicken back to the pan. Simmer for 2 more minutes. Top wit fresh basil and enjoy hot!

You’ll be hooked from the start – and that’s part of why everyone keeps coming back to this dish.
