1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup white vinegar 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 stalk celery 2 Tablespoons sweet relish 8 ounces cheddar cheese 1 pound elbow macaroni
1) Cook the pasta to al dente according to the package instructions.
