1/2 pound cooked elbow pasta 6 hard-boiled eggs 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 3 tablespoons chopped green onions 1/4 cup cooked bacon

INGREDIENTS

Boil the eggs in salted water to make hard-boiled eggs. Then, submerge them in cold water.

Peel the shells, and remove the yolks. Transfer the yolks to a mixing bowl, and set them aside. Roughly chop the egg whites, and set them aside.

Use a fork to break the egg yolks into fine crumbles. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

Add the cooked pasta, and toss to combine. Then, gently stir in the chopped egg whites, green onions, and bacon.
