Each slice of this easy-to-make Ice Cream Pie is like a big, decadent piece of a hot fudge sundae.

The Oreo crust, vanilla ice cream, and hot fudge sauce are perfect with a cherry on top!

Oreo cookies Unsalted butter Vanilla ice cream Hot fudge sauce Sprinkles Maraschino cherries Whipped cream


Pulse Oreos into fine crumbs. Add the melted butter, and pulse again until the mix looks like wet sand. Press crust into a 9” pie pan, and place it in the fridge to chill. 


Spread the softened ice cream in the chilled Oreo cookie crust. Place in the freezer to chill for at least 2 hours. 


Spread the fudge sauce over the pie. Then, top it with sprinkles, whipped cream, and cherries. Chill the pie for another hour in the freezer. 


Take the pie plate out of the freezer, and slice it into pieces. Serve while cold.
