This Sheet Pan Breakfast Bake has everything you need for a delicious breakfast all on a single sheet pan!

It’s packed with hash browns, ham, eggs, and two different kinds of cheese for extra flavor!

INGREDIENTS

Frozen shredded hash brown potatoes Cooked ham Unsalted butter Olive oil Garlic powder Salt Pepper Crushed red pepper flakes Shredded pepper jack cheese Shredded cheddar cheese Eggs Green onions

Toss the potatoes, ham, and seasonings in a large bowl, then pour this into the prepared sheet pan. Top the potato mixture with the cheeses.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Use the back of a large spoon to make 6 wells in the potato mixture. Crack an egg into each well, then return the sheet pan to the oven.

Bake until the egg whites are set and the yolks are beginning to thicken, but not hard—about 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove the sheet pan from the oven and scatter the green onions on top, then season with additional pepper. Serve immediately.
