This Sausage Breakfast Casserole has buttery crescent rolls, sausage, eggs, and plenty of cheddar cheese for a crowd-pleasing brunch recipe.

On the surface, it looks like a standard breakfast casserole, but once you cut into it, everyone will be wowed by the layer of crescent roll dough at the bottom.

INGREDIENTS

Crescent roll dough Mild breakfast sausage Eggs Half and half Salt Pepper Shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat your oven to 350ºF and coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Brown the sausage in a skillet, then drain off the grease. Place the crescent roll dough in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
