Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole

This easy crescent roll breakfast casserole has a soft, puffy crescent roll crust, topped with a layer of cheesy eggs and sausage.

Bulk pork sausage Refrigerated crescent roll dough Shredded cheddar cheese Eggs Whole milk Salt Black pepper


Cook sausage over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until it’s no longer pink. As it cooks, break the sausage into crumbles. Drain off any excess fat.


Unroll the crescent roll dough into the prepared baking dish, pressing the seams together to create a seal. Sprinkle the sausage and cheese over the dough. 


Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Then, pour the mixture over the top.


Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes. Let the casserole stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
