S’mores Cupcakes are the perfect summertime treat.
Not only can they be enjoyed without setting up a campfire, but they’re addictive in taste as well.
Graham crackers Sugar Unsalted butter Devils food chocolate cake mix Buttermilk Vegetable oil Mini chocolate chips Powdered sugar Clear vanilla extract
Combine the graham cracker crumbs and sugar together. Add melted butter and blend into crumb mixture.
Add mixture to each liner and press down with a spoon or tart shaper. Bake, remove from oven and cool before adding cupcake batter.
Mix together the cake mix, eggs, buttermilk, and oil until smooth. Divide batter on top of cooled graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs. Bake! Make frosting while cupcakes cool. Frost and decorate cupcakes.
