Garlic Celery Onion Pepper Salt Anchovies in oil Sugar Yellow mustard Fresh lemon juice Eggs Vegetable oil

Blend the garlic, celery, onion, pepper, salt, anchovies, sugar, mustard, and lemon juice until liquefied.


Add the eggs one at a time and blend them just until they’re mixed into the rest of the Caesar dressing.


With the blender on the lowest speed, slowly add the oil. Once the mixture has emulsified.


Pour the dressing into a bottle and chill it for 2 hours before serving.
