Oreo cookies Unsalted butter Cream cheese Granulated sugar Whole milk Cool Whip Instant chocolate pudding mix Mini chocolate chips
In a food processor, pulse the Oreos until they form fine crumbs. Transfer them to a medium mixing bowl and add the melted butter.
Stir to combine, then press the crumbs into a 9×13 baking dish.
Using an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the cream cheese and sugar together until they are light and fluffy.
Add 2 tablespoons of milk and beat to combine. Fold in the Cool Whip.
Whisk the pudding mix and the remaining milk until smooth. Put it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to set
Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Spread a layer of chocolate pudding over the cream cheese. Chill again.
Spread the rest of the Cool Whip over the pudding layer and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours before serving.
