Lean ground beef Garlic powder Salt and black pepper Olive oil White onion Mayonnaise American cheese slices Cheddar/mozzarella blend Hawaiian rolls Butter Sesame seeds
Preheat your oven to 350˚F and butter the bottom of a rimmed baking sheet.
Cook onion and ground beef. Drain off the grease.
Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then stir in the mayonnaise.
