Melted butter Dark brown sugar Sugar Eggs Vanilla extract Flour Cornstarch Salt Cadbury Mini Eggs

Stir melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla and stir again. Add the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt to the bowl and stir well.

Break the Cadbury Eggs using a rolling pin or bowl. You want the pieces to be small but not completely crumbled.

Scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking tray then place the tray in the fridge to let the cookies cool for at least an hour.

Bake for 10 minutes so the edges of the cookies are just beginning to turn brown. Cool for 10 minutes then enjoy!

The crunchy candy shell of the Cadbury eggs is perfect inside the soft, chewy cookie. Luckily, there's plenty to share!
