This Boston Cream Poke Cake Recipe is the best cake full of flavor.

1 box yellow cake mix (16.25 oz) 3 eggs 1 cup milk ½ cup olive oil or vegetable oil

CAKE INGREDIENTS

4 cups milk whole ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix

FILLING INGREDIENTS

1½ cups chocolate chips 1 tablespoon corn syrup ¾ cup heavy cream

TOPPING INGREDIENTS

Prepare yellow cake according to box instructions. While the cake is cooling, make the pudding. Whisk the cold milk, vanilla, and pudding mix until smooth and thickened.

Poke holes in the cake. Scoop the pudding onto the cake and spread it evenly across. Push the pudding into the holes as you spread.

Add the chocolate chips and corn syrup to a mixing bowl. Bring the heavy cream to a boil then pour into the bowl. Whisk until smooth.

Pour the chocolate glaze over the entire cake in the pan. Spread the glaze evenly across the top of the cake. Slice and serve!
