3/4 cup butter 1 cup light brown sugar 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant banana cream pudding mix 1 ripe banana 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips Vanilla extract
Cream the butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the pudding mix to the bowl and blend until smooth.
Add the mashed banana, egg, and vanilla extract and blend. Stir the flour and baking soda. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Scoop the cookies onto the prepared pan and bake for 8 minutes.
