Preheat our oven to 350ºF. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the melted butter. Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.

Mix in the baking soda, salt, and flour. Do not over mix. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
