Ingredients

  • 4-5 tomatoes, medium-sized
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the tomatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
