Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 16oz jar creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  • Line a 9” tart pan with parchment.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and oil. Cook for 45-60 seconds or until melted. Stir to make sure everything is melted and smooth.
  • Pour some chocolate into the tart pan and smooth out with an offset spatula or spoon being sure to also go up the sides of the pan. Chill for 10 minutes and repeat until you form a ¼” thick “crust.”
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, sugar, and melted butter and stir to combine. Continue to mix until smooth.
  • Pour the filling into the chocolate shell and smooth with a spatula. Chill for 15 minutes.
  • Reheat the chocolate if needed and pour onto the top of the pie. Smooth with a spatula. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
