These easy Ham & Cheese Breakfast Burritos are a handheld on-the-go breakfast that’s hearty enough to fuel your morning! Made with scrambled eggs, cooked ham, and plenty of melty cheddar, they’re a satisfying breakfast the whole family will love.

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 saute pan


  • 5 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup cooked ham chopped
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded, divided
  • salt & black pepper to taste
  • 10" flour tortillas warmed


  • In a mixing bowl, add the eggs and cream and whisk together to combine.
    5 large eggs, ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Heat the butter in a large saute pan over medium heat until melted. Add the eggs and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly to scramble. Add the ham and ½ the cheese and continue to stir and cook for 2 minutes, or until the eggs are set but still soft.
    1 tbsp unsalted butter, ¾ cup cooked ham, ½ cup cheddar cheese, salt & black pepper to taste
  • Divide the eggs between the tortillas, top with the remaining cheese, fold the sides in, and roll forward into burritos.
