- ¾ cup lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons lemon zest
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 3 large egg yolks
- ¾ cup unsalted butter cubed
In a medium saucepan, add lemon juice, zest, sugar, salt, and egg yolks and stir to combine.
