Ingredients

  • 2 lb bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter - melted
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion - diced
  • 2 -3 cups ham - diced
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat over to 375 degrees.
  • Mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl.
    2 lb bag frozen hash browns, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup butter - melted, 2 cups grated cheddar cheese, 1 small onion - diced, 2 -3 cups ham - diced, salt & pepper to taste
  • Add the cheesy ham and potato mixture to a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until casserole is hot and bubbly.
  • Top with chives if desired.
