For a quick and easy cream cheese recipe that is good for you and delicious, try this Cream Cheese & Smoked Salmon Toast Recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain toast
  • 4 tbs cream cheese
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • 4 slices cucumbers
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • First, soften your cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds and set aside
  • toast 2 slices of bread in the toaster 
  • add cream cheese to the toast and spread to the edges
  • top with cucumbers, then salmon and sprinkle on chia seeds
