Energy Balls
This recipe is so simple to customize. Add nuts, dried fruit, flax or anything else you have on hand to make them even better!
Servings: 24
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup rice krispies
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- optional 1/4 of other mix-ins or more!
Mix all ingredients in a bowl together until thoroughly combined
Chill in fridge for about 30 mins
Remove and form into 1 inch balls
Chill in fridge for up to 1 week
