Blueberry Protein Smoothie

This Blueberry Protein Smoothie is great for breakfast to start your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries - I use frozen
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 TBS coconut oil
  • 2 TBS chia flax Blend
  • 1 TBS almond butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixer - mix on high until smooth
  • Recipe is enough for two servings.
