Blueberry Walnut Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients

heaping cup - frozen fruit. I like blueberries
mangos, and bananas

handfuls spinach
1
tablespoon
coconut oil
1/2
cup
non-fat yogurt
1/2 - 1
cup
liquid - almond milk
coconut water, or plain water
1/4
cup
Van's Gluten Free Blueberry Walnut Granola
Toppings of your choice - blueberries
strawberries, chia seeds, coconut
Instructions
Add frozen fruit, spinach, yogurt and liquid to a blender.
Blend until smooth. Add more liquid if it's too thick - a little at a time.
Remove from blender and add to bowl.
Top with granola, fruit, and toppings of choice
