Blueberry Walnut Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 heaping cup - frozen fruit. I like blueberries mangos, and bananas
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 - 1 cup liquid - almond milk coconut water, or plain water
  • 1/4 cup Van's Gluten Free Blueberry Walnut Granola
  • Toppings of your choice - blueberries strawberries, chia seeds, coconut


  • Add frozen fruit, spinach, yogurt and liquid to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Add more liquid if it's too thick - a little at a time.
  • Remove from blender and add to bowl.
  • Top with granola, fruit, and toppings of choice
