Butter Dark brown sugar Eggs Vanilla extract Almond extract Flour Cinnamon Baking soda Salt

INGREDIENTS

Preheat your waffle iron, so it will be nice and hot by the time your cookie dough is ready to bake.

1

Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl to really blend in any bits of butter.

2

Add the eggs to the butter mixture, cracking in one egg at a time and mixing between additions. Stir the extracts in as well.

3

Mix in the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. The batter will be nice and thick.

4

Scoop about two tablespoons of batter into the center of the waffle iron. Close the waffle iron and let the cookies cook until golden brown.

5

This takes about 3-4 minutes. When the cookies are baked, they will be very easy to pop out of the waffle iron and will not stick or pull apart.

6

Let the baked waffle cookies cool on a wire rack while you cook the remaining cookie batter. Then, enjoy!

7

They only take about 10 minutes to put together, making them an easy, quick cookie!
