INGREDIENTS

Add the shredded coconut, sugar, and all-purpose flour to a bowl, and mix to combine.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and almond extract.

Slowly whisk the dry and wet ingredients together.
