Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie has everything you love about the classic candy, in a giant pie size!

INGREDIENTS

Milk chocolate chips Canola oil Creamy peanut butter Unsalted butter Powdered sugar Kosher salt

Combine the chocolate chips and oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 45 to 60 seconds.

Pour some melted chocolate into the bottom of the tart pan and use a spatula to spread it evenly along the bottom and up the sides.

Stir together the peanut butter, sugar, and melted butter in a large bowl until smooth. Spread this mixture into the chilled chocolate shell and refrigerate until set.

Reheat the remaining chocolate and pour it over the peanut butter layer, smoothing it with a spatula. Chill for 4 hours, then serve.
