Mini Pancakes come together with simple ingredients and plenty of rich chocolate chips.

Sweet, fluffy, and bite-sized, these homemade pancakes are a breakfast you’ll look forward to eating!

2 cups flour 2 Tablespoons sugar 2 Teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/3 cups whole milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs 3 Tablespoons melted butter

Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth.

Add the milk, vanilla, eggs, and melted butter to the bowl of dry ingredients. Whisk just until a smooth, thick batter forms. Fold in any mix-ins.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, grease it with butter, oil, or cooking spray.

Use a tablespoon to scoop the batter into the pan, leaving space in between each pancake.

Let the batter cook until bubbles form on the top. Then, flip, and continue to cook just until the pancake batter sets and is lightly golden brown.

Transfer the pancakes to a plate, and repeat, greasing the skillet in between each batch.

Add your toppings of choice, and enjoy your mini pancakes while they’re warm!

These fluffy, bite-sized breakfast is just too cute and tasty to pass up!
