Leftover ham casserole is the ultimate comfort food and great for an easy weeknight dinner.

With the cold weather back in play, there is no better meal to make than a casserole for dinner.

Unsalted butter Panko breadcrumbs Parmesan Egg noodles Cooked ham Cream of mushroom soup Whole milk Sour cream Garlic powder Onion powder Shredded Swiss cheese Kosher salt Black pepper

Melt the butter in the microwave and set to the side. In a large bowl, combine the panko, Parmesan, and melted butter. Stir to combine and set aside.

Cook the noodles according to the package. Drain the noodles when they are ready and return them to the pot.

Add the ham, soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine. Season to taste.

Transfer the mixture to the baking dish. Sprinkle on the cheese, then breadcrumb mixture. Bake the casserole for 25-35 minutes, or until it is brown and bubbly.

Tasty noodles combine with leftover ham and a creamy sauce to create the perfect cheesy, savory bite.
