INGREDIENTS

Whisk the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes until smooth.

Add all the chopped veggies (except whole cherry tomatoes) to a large bowl. Add the marinade, and toss to combine and coat.

Add to grill basket and grill for about 6 minutes, tossing every few minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes, toss to combine, and continue to grill for another 2 minutes.

Transfer the veggies back to the bowl, and add the remaining marinade. Toss to combine, and serve warm!
