This amazing homemade coffee cake is better than anything you can find in your local bakery.
Butter Brown sugar White sugar Vanilla extract Egg All-purpose flour Baking powder Salt Milk Sour cream Cinnamon
Whisk all the filling ingredients together. Add all the topping ingredients together in a food processor, pulsing until the mix looks like fine crumbs.
Beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla. Alternate between adding dry ingredients and the sour cream and milk mixture. Mix until smooth.
Pour ½ of the coffee cake batter into the pan and sprinkle it with all the cinnamon filling. Add the rest of the batter on top and sprinkle the coffee cake crumbles over the cake batter.
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center of the cake is no longer wet.
