Nonstick cooking spray Frozen hash browns Monterey Jack cheese Green onions Ham Eggs Salt Black pepper Half-and-half

INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to 350℉. Coat the inside of a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray, then set aside.

Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onions.

In a bowl combine the eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the potato mixture in the dish.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
