This recipe features eggs, savory bacon, and two types of melty cheese sandwiched between flakey croissants for a restaurant-worthy breakfast!

Simple to make, it’s a filling, flavorful, make-at-home breakfast far better than anything you’d get in a drive-through!

2 croissants 2 slices cheddar cheese 4 slices bacon 3 eggs 2 tablespoons milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese


Place the bottom half of each croissant on a baking sheet. Top each croissant half with two slices of bacon and one slice of cheese.


Scramble the eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Stir in the pepper jack cheese, and continue to cook the eggs to your preferred doneness.


Divide the scrambled egg mixture evenly between the croissants, layering them on top of the cheese. Then, place the second half of the croissants on top.


Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven, and bake for five minutes or just long enough to melt the cheese. Enjoy warm!
