Cranberry Jalapeño Dip

Cranberry Jalapeño Dip has it all: it’s sweet, spicy, tart, and creamy.

Fresh cranberries Granulated sugar Jalapeño pepper Lime juice Kosher salt Fresh cilantro Fresh chives Cream cheese

INGREDIENTS

Place the cranberries, sugar, and jalapeño in a food processor. Pulse until everything is coarsely chopped.

Add the lime juice, salt, cilantro, and chives, then pulse again just until everything is mixed.

Spread the softened cream cheese in an even layer along the bottom of a pie dish or serving plate. Refrigerate until you’re ready to serve the dip.

Strain the excess juice from the cranberry salsa mixture with a mesh strainer. Top the cream cheese with the cranberry mixture, then serve.
