INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven, and line two baking trays with parchment paper.

Follow the recipe card instructions to make the cookie dough, making sure that the flour is added in parts to prevent overmixing of the dough.

Add the cookie dough into a piping bag with a star tip, and pipe the dough onto the baking trays.

Bake until fluffy and light golden brown, be sure to now overbake!

Allow them to cool for 5 minutes on the trays before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
