Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Chocolate Crinkle Cookies are a little bit like brownies in cookie form!

Unsweetened cocoa powder White sugar Vegetable oil Eggs Vanilla extract All-purpose flour Baking powder Salt Confectioners sugar

INGREDIENTS

Combine the cocoa, white sugar, and vegetable oil. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Then, stir in the vanilla. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir dry mixture into the chocolate mixture.

1

Cover the mixing bowl, and chill the dough for at least 4 hours. Roll the chocolate crinkle dough into one-inch balls using your hands or a medium cookie scoop.

2

Coat each cookie dough ball in confectioners’ sugar, and place them on the prepared baking sheets.

3

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let sit on the cookie sheet for a minute before transferring them to wire cooling racks to cool completely.

4

They’re rich, fudgy, and chewy in the middle, and dusted in a coating of powdered sugar.
