12 ounces penne pasta 3 cooked chicken breasts diced 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 1 teaspoon powdered garlic 2 cups whole milk 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup parmesan cheese 2 cups mozzarella cheese 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper

INGREDIENTS

Melt the butter over medium heat and whisk in the flour for 1 minute. Whisk in the milk and cream and bring to a simmer. Continue to cook until the mixture thickens.

Stir in the parmesan cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Continue to stir until the cheese is melted.

Add the pasta and chicken to the pan and stir well. Pour the pasta mixture into the pan, and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until pasta is bubbly and cheese has just started to brown.
