Cheesy Egg and Potato Breakfast Casserole

This simple cheesy egg and potato casserole is a delicious breakfast dish that is super quick and easy to make any day of the week!

Simply Potatoes Eggs Milk Shredded cheese Salt Pepper


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9×13 casserole dish.


Combine the shredded potatoes, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined. Then, pour the mix into the casserole dish.


Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the casserole, making the cheese as evenly as possible.


Bake for about 45 minutes. The cheese will be melted over the top of the casserole and the edges will be bubbling.


No peeling/shredding required and is only made with real ingredients. That’s something I am happy about!
