Creamy and rich, this red white and blue cheesecake salad is characterized by a sweet-tangy cream cheese swirl packed with fresh fruit perfect for a sweet summer dessert!

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup milk 1 cup blueberries 1/2 cup strawberries 1/2 cup mini marshmallows Whipped cream

INGREDIENTS

Beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add the sugar and vanilla, and beat again until well combined. Pour in the milk, and beat until light and fluffy.

Gently fold Cool Whip into the mixture until smooth. Fold in the blueberries, strawberries, and mini marshmallows.

Transfer the bowl to the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Add the whipped cream on top, if desired, and enjoy cold!
