You only need 4 ingredients to make perfect buttery, flaky biscuits—and one of those ingredients is 7UP! (Who knew, right?!)

These 7UP Biscuits might just be the easiest biscuits you’ll ever make.

Self-rising flour Unsalted butter Sour cream 7UP

INGREDIENTS

Add the flour to a large bowl and blend in the cold butter. Mix the sour cream into the buttery flour.

Pour the 7UP into the bowl while stirring. Once the dough comes together, stop stirring to not overmix.

Knead the dough until smooth. Roll until it’s about ½-inch thick. Cut the dough into circles using a cookie cutter and place the biscuits on a baking sheet tray.

 Brush the tops of each biscuit with melted butter. Bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes before enjoying true biscuit perfection!
